How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $6 for first item and $1 for each additional item unless otherwise noted. All items will be shipped via Media Mail. Free shipping on clothing items.

Which countries do you ship to?

For now, we are shipping to only US residents

When will I receive my order?

All preorder items will be shipped once the album has officially released. The earliest order date is mentioned on item’s description page. The customer will receive the item in 3-5 business days.

Why did my order get cancelled?

Due to the nature of preorders, some record labels require a minimum order to be placed with them. In the event if we cannot reach the label specified minimum amount on time, we will issue a refund to the customer and cancel the order. In certain cases such as Limited Edition items, we may have to cancel your order if the item is sold out by the record label before release date.

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final and order cannot be cancelled. If the item is not available, a refund will be issued to the customer. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your account.

Can I get a refund?

Contact us if you wish to cancel your order. Order can be cancelled before they are shipped. If you cancel the order, a 4% processing fee will be deducted from your payment and remaining amount will be refunded. If the item is no longer available, we will issue you a refund. If the item arrives damaged, then contact us before sending it back. We will issue a replacement for the item. Incase if we cannot send a replacement only then refund will be issued. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your account.

Can I return or exchange T-shirts?

Contact Us before returning any products. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Because all our orders are printed on demand, we can’t offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. But if you did get the wrong size and you think it is an error on our part, let us know and we can try to figure something out!. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
